Make Good Use of All Your Bread
At the bakery, our lunch menu has become one of the things our customers come back for day after day. Made to order on our fresh bread, our sandwiches reflect the season and fresh local ingredients. Here are a few of our favorites.
Thanksgiving Sandwich
We put this sandwich on our menu right after Thanksgiving. Use 2 slices of our Sweet Potato Lemon Bread (see recipe), coated with Sweet Potato Comeback Sauce (see recipe), and add a few slices of roasted turkey, sliced Swiss or cheddar cheese, sliced red onion and Roma tomatoes, and crispy Romaine lettuce leaves. Do a little turkey dance before enjoying the sandwich.
